Beer & Wine Service Packages (pg. 2) All packages include: ice, necessary bar equipment, beverage napkins and disposable cups. The Homestead 1854 bartenders are required for any alcoholic packages. All applicable taxes will be applied to all bar service events. Bartenders are $25.00 per hour. Bartender service hours require set-up, bar time, dinner hour and tear-down. For your and your guest’s pleasure, there will be one bartender for every 75 guests. The Homestead 1854 is fully licensed in accordance of the State of Illinois. We wish for you and your guests to safely enjoy yourselves, therefor we will adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. The Homestead 1854 staff will not serve anyone unable to produce proper identification and reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest. In accordance with The Homestead 1854’s city conditional use permit, bar service must end by 10:00pm. Overnight accommodations for up to 12 guests: $1,000. Additional vendor coordination and/or planning meetings: $100/mtg. Additional hours- $300/hr. The Homestead is in a residential community and so events must conclude (including clean up) by 11:00 PM or earlier. Parking- there are 12 on-property paved parking spaces and generous availability of yard/street parking. Additional off-site parking is located 400 yards from The Homestead and you can arrange for valet parking or self-parking. Carpooling is often helpful. In the state of Illinois, a marriage license is valid only in the county in which it has been issued. The Homestead 1854 is located in Kendall County. Marriage licenses are issued at the Kendall County Clerk’s Office located at 111 W Fox St, Room 220, Yorkville, Illinois. Office hours for marriage licenses are 8:00am- 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
