COURAGE CHALLENGE

PART 1: Find a mirror. Start by just looking at yourself in the mirror (this might be uncomfortable for some of you, that’s okay). Start by silently saying the words, “I am enough, just as I am.” Keep repeating until you can say it out loud to yourself in the mirror. PART 2: Take a selfie and post to Instagram or Facebook using the hashtags #iamworthy and #7daysofcourage (please also tag @yourkickasslife).
