Deciding where stone veneer naturally fits on a project helps to create believable elements. Completely wrap architectural elements to create the appearance of a freestanding stone structure. Use of large wood beams adds to the authenticity of the stone structure. The grout color specified represents a contrast to the
color of the stone profile shown, which will bring more attention to the varying color tones within each stone. When applying a standard grout technique each piece is laid 0.5" apart. A grout bag is used to fill joints with mortar and force grout into any voids. The joints are then struck back to expose the edges of each stone.
