Pattern Instructions Chain 5 Note: Work from the narrow end. End with row 6 of pattern, end off Row 1: [3dc, ch 3, 3dc] in 5th ch from hook (shell made), turn. Row 2: ch3, shell in next ch 3 space of previous shell, turn. Row 3: ch3, shell in next ch 3 space of previous shell, turn. Row 4: ch 5, shell in next ch 3 space of previous shell, turn. Row 5: ch 3, shell in next ch 3 space of previous shell, [ch2, 1dc] 6 times in next ch 5 space, 1sc in next ch 3 space, turn. Row 6: ch3, 2dc in next ch 2 space *[Sl st, ch3, 2dc] in each of next 4 ch 2 spaces, 1sc in next ch 2 space (before shell), ch3, shell in ch 3 space of next shell, turn. Row 7: ch3, shell in next ch 3 space of previous shell, turn. Repeat rows 4-7 until you have reached your desired length.
