The PHS Management Team CRAIG WHARWOOD – Operations Manager Role – Having been with PHS since the beginning, Craig has seen the company grow since inception. His goal is to ensure the company`s vision of Customer Service Excellence is exercised on a daily basis through scheduling, hiring, regular quality inspections, and maintaining close business client relationships. Background – After 18 years of working for the Hudson Bay Company (Zellers) as a Merchandise-Operations Supervisor, Craig has gained a vast amount of experience in Customer Service, Business Management, and Human Resources. During Craig`s past 5 years working in the security industry, he has had a chance to work with both in-house and contract security companies. Craig`s had an opportunity to see some of the things lacking in other companies, such as training and overall concern for the client. “It always felt as if I was just a name and another body. I never received any feedback as to what kind of job I was doing or any suggestions for improvement in areas that I may have been lacking; management was never visible.” Craig says these are some of the areas that set PHS apart from the other companies. Regular communication with staff and clients will be the ongoing key to our success.
