The Piazza development As part of the continuing development of the Marina, currently under development is a second phase to be known as The Piazza, on the promontory adjoining the Boardwalk Retail Scheme with views directly over the marina and adjoining the main car park.

Lease terms
The premises are available on a new lease for a term of 10 years incorporating 5-yearly rent reviews. The tenant is to be responsible for internal repairs. The Landlord is to be responsible for structural repairs and external maintenance. A service charge will be applicable to address the cost of repairs, landscaping, maintenance and sewage works at approximately £3.00 per square foot.
