Happy New Year! Well it is one month into year 2017. Thank you to all patrons for a successful year at The Quilt Peddler LLC. We have not seen that much snow so far and maybe it will continue with an easy winter. Come to the shop and see the new fabrics, and projects!
FABRICS AND SUPPLIES
Hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm 1.
NEW HQ Stitch machines are in the shop as well as the Avante, Fusion and Sweet Sixteen to try out. The next couple months are busy with quilt shows in Hampton, Virginia and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The shop will be open for business regular hours. March 18th is National Quilt Day! Watch for an email on specials we will have on that day.

6. We are taking deposits for Spring Retreat at Camp Harmony, April 21 through the 23. This is a great time to get some unfinished projects done. Deposit $25.00 to save your space. Class Policy Class fee must be paid in full at the time of sign up. Class size: Maximum of 12. Cancellations may be made up to one week before the class for full credit. After that, the fee is forfeited or you may send someone in your place. A 10% discount will be given on supplies for the class after the class fee is paid. Classes are designed to give you guidance in a particular project. Not all classes are designed to complete a project. A supply list will be given out when you pay for the class. Inclement Weather- Call to see if the class is cancelled.

Pieced and Frayed – would you like to make a pieced and frayed throw but need to get some direction? Pick the session you want. (Maximum of 12) Cutting of any Pieced and Frayed throw Monday and/or Wednesday February 6 and/or 8 10:30 to 1:30 $15.00 per session Kits available Piecing the block for Pieced and Frayed Throw Monday or Wednesday March 6 and/or 8 10:30 to 1:30 $15.00 per session Kits available
Make it Take it – we had a great time on February 28th, Make it Take it class. We will be having a Make it Take it on March 18th More info in an email closer the date.

Tuffet – If you missed the tuffet class and would like to make a round or square tuffet, make your own class. Two days up to 8 hours of class time. Pick your days and times. Class $40.00 plus supplies I will have a kit available for $130.00 plus pattern $28 round and $32 square, which includes all supplies except fabric and thread.
Quilt Basics – Learn the basics of quilting or just get a refresher. We will work on a small wall hanging while learning about color, fabrics, measuring, cutting, piecing, appliquéing, and quilting. This is an intensive class to expose you to many different techniques. 7 –3 hour sessions If you have interest in this class stop in the shop and discuss the possibilities. $85.00 Plus Supplies Minimum of 5
