March Circle Meetings Altar Guild will meet on Wednesday, March 8th after Lenten Worship. Marge Tiedeman will be our hostess and Bible study leader. Helping Hands Circle will meet on Thursday, March 9th at 2 pm at Aspen Heights in Hull. We will be studying days 2 to 4: Messy Mouth, Laundered Lips, and Take Two. Our hostess will be Betty Tiedeman.

February Council notes Meeting Date: February 1, 2017 Donna called the meeting to order with 7 council members present, Pastor

Council Officers

Aaron and Norman Winselman. Followed with prayer by Pastor Aaron. Secretary’s minutes of previous meeting were read. Treasurer’s report was given.

President: Donna Dickmann

Beginning balance of $19,701.45, income of

$8510.50, expenses of $6098.28, leaving an ending balance of $22,113.75. MMS to approve the treasurers report. Carried.

VP/Secretary:

Deacon’s report. There was nothing at this time.

Elder’s reported that they will work to re-vamp the spread sheet to be more user friendly.

Trustee’s reported on fixing the drain in the kitchen. A report on the Okoboji Bible Camp loan was given
