The training our associates want for all the skills your jobs need. Our annual Adecco SkillBuilder Impact Survey uncovers a high level of associate satisfaction as well as relationship to current and future job assignments.
• Here at Adecco, we make sure our associates have the ability to progress in their careers. One of the most successful programs we offer is the Adecco SkillBuilder program. SkillBuilder is employee training offered as a benefit to our temporary employees and candidates to their increase skills, job opportunities, and individual productivity. It is also offered to help prepare our employees for specific client needs. Each year, we evaluate and improve the training program through an associate survey. Here is some of the feedback we received from this year’s survey: • O ut of the surveyed associates, 96% say they would recommend SkillBuilder to other associates or contract employees. “Adecco SkillBuilder is an amazing tool to enhance your technical skills in any job field... SkillBuilder tells you the know-hows, with tips and techniques to be applied during work, which sets it apart from other agencies or services. I

Thank you, Adecco.” • 9 3% of associates said the knowledge and skills gained through SkillBuilder will improve their job placement potential. “Adecco SkillBuilder courses brought me hope to get in to my dream career.” “I believe it is of great added value to the associates to have this resource available to improve skills and stay up to date with programs.” • 7 2% of associates said they applied their SkillBuilder learning within six weeks to improve job performance. • 5 4% of respondents said the skills they learned from the SkillBuilder program were relevant to their most recent assignment—at clients just like you!
