Vehicle Safety and Incident Policy! Last Updated: 8/13/2014! ! Policy:! The safety of ZIRX Inc. agents, the public, our customers, and their property is our highest priority. To ensure agent and car safety, ZIRX Inc. adheres to a rigorous safety policy and incident reporting procedure that minimizes vehicle accidents, personal injury and property loss claims.!

It is the policy of ZIRX Inc. to provide and maintain a safe working environment to protect our agents and the citizens of the communities where we conduct business from injury and property loss. The company is committed to promoting a heightened level of safety awareness and responsible driving behavior in its agents. Vehicles shall be operated in a safe manner and in compliance with all pertinent state and federal laws. !

Building and maintaining our Safety and Incident Policy means both rigorous screening and training of agents, as well as monitored protocols when incidents occur. This document outlines both. !

Agent Qualifications and Onboarding ! Agents contracted by ZIRX Inc. to operate a motor vehicle will meet a skill set and background necessary to perform actions within the ZIRX network. To validate eligibility agents must meet the following standards:!

Screening ○ Online application that validates minimum eligibility ○ Phone interview that validates communication skills and background match ○ In person interview that validates character, customer service prowess and comfortability operating vehicles under time constraints Background check ○ Driver must pass a background check that ensures no points on license or moving violations, no convictions, and holds on SSN at the local, state or federal level ○ Valid drivers license ○ 3rd party validation of 21+ years of age ○ Validate past employment history Training ○ Aptitude for operating ZIRX Agent application ○ Pass driving test by our Agent Training Team ○ Pass lot maneuvering test by our Agent Training Team

ZIRX Agents must meet all of the criteria described. Only approved Agents are given access to jobs within the ZIRX Network. !

! Incident Reporting Procedures ! We view our strict operating and on-boarding procedures as our best tool to mitigate and minimize incidents within the ZIRX Network. To ensure the safety of agents, customers and vehicles within the ZIRX Network, we have implemented an orchestrated lockdown procedure understood and followed by all levels of the ZIRX Field Operations Team.!

When an incident occurs the following will take place:! ● STAGE 1 [allowed duration = 15 minutes] ○ Agent moves to a safe location ○ Agent calls 911 if incent has taken place outside of a storage facility ○ Agent documents incident, condition of car and surrounding area by pictures and text ○ Agent calls ZIRX Dispatch to report incident providing details and documentation of incident ○ ZIRXDispatch notifies both VP & Director of Operations, who will contact CEO at their discretion ● STAGE 2 [allowed time = 5 minutes] ○ VP/Executive contacts customer about event and ensures their concerns and transportation needs are met. Customer contact continues with a phone conversation until affected customers needs are met ○ If possible, vehicle is released and returned to customer ■ The agent will not discuss fault with, or sign anything for anyone except an authorized representative of ZIRX Inc..,a police officer or a representative of the ZIRX Insurance Company ● STAGE 3 {allowed time = 30 minutes} ○ ZIRXDispatch, in conjunction with Director of Operations, complete the Vehicle Incident Reporting Form ■ Secure the names and addresses of drivers and occupants of any vehicles involved, their operator's license numbers, insurance company names, and policy numbers, as well as the names and addresses of injured persons and witnesses ○ As needed, ZIRXDispatch will advise agent on transportation or repair of vehicle and communication with the police department ● STAGE 4 {allowed time = 48 hours} ○ The VP and/or Director of Operations submits accurate and timely claim documentation to the ZIRX Inc. insurance carrier and claims administrator ○ ZIRX Inc. ensures customer has needed transportation options while vehicle is repaired

! Customer Service and Communication ! Providing both exemplary customer service and customer experience is at the forefront of ZIRX Inc. While an executive at ZIRX makes first contact with the customer, all dispatch staff are trained on communication protocols and customer service offerings

resulting from vehicle incidents. The following support services will be made available to customers that experience a vehicle incident with ZIRX Inc. Support services are dependent upon the severity of the damage and need of the customer. !

Rental vehicle paid by ZIRX Inc.! Identification of a reputable car repair company! Transportation to and from rental company! Vehicle storage at a ZIRX Inc. lot until repair company is identified! Towing services paid by ZIRX Inc.!

All dispatch and corporate staff receive training on incident communication and protocol. To ensure exemplary customer service and the dissemination of accurate information, dispatch protocol and FAQ for vehicle incidents is provided to staff and updated regularly. !
