NEW ORLEANS GO TO AN INFO SESSION Unsure if this is for you? Come to an Info Session. There’s no commitment required.

WE ARE COMMITTED TO:

Doing Life Together We aren’t interested in being a place where a lot of people get together for an inspiring service but never move beyond the casual, arm’s distance relationships of an auditorium. We want to grow by really “doing life together.” People who grow in their relationship with God also grow in their friendships with each other, moving beyond the Auditorium in small groups, Community Groups and through serving. Real community is knowing and being known, loving and being loved, celebrating and being celebrated, serving and being served. (From Hebrews 10:24-25 in the Bible)

Have a friend who might want to GO? GO New Orleans is open to anyone, regardless of whether they attend Crossroads or not.

The Seven Hills We Die On are applications of biblical truth expressed through the unique personality of Crossroads. Check out the Info Center to read the rest of ‘em.

WHAT’S HAPPENING AROUND CROSSROADS

LOVE this

current message series There are books in the Bible that are so routinely ignored that they have become “lost.” They’re not always the easiest to understand, and as a result they’re often overlooked or forgotten. But these books of the Bible also contain lost truths about who God is, what He values and what that means for how we should live our lives. Join us in January as we begin our trek through the “Lost Books.”

today We're talking about the book of Malachi and what it has to say about honoring God.

Shaving cream, pipe cleaners, the movie Happy Feet and sugar cookies. What do you think of first? Jesus? Of course! Kids’ Club used all of them to create experiences that help kids learn what the Bible says about life, Jesus and friends. If you’re curious how we’d use Happy Feet to teach about Jesus, come and check out Kids’ Club for yourself. Infants through sixth grade are welcome at every service.

If you’ve got questions about Kids’ Club or you’d like to spend time hanging out with some great kids, contact Kim Botto in Oakley at [email protected] or Beth Peery in Mason at [email protected].

Sign up to volunteer at crossroads.net/engage (click on Super Bowl).

BETSY Betsy Singh is a large and small group leader for Area 56, where 5th and 6th graders hang out while their parents/guardians are in service. What is the best part about serving in Area 56? I love listening to the awesome bands and dancing with the 5th and 6th grade girls! Have you learned anything from serving? These kids are extremely insightful and thoughtful about their beliefs. What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard from the kids? Some of the students have said prayers that would beat any senior pastor in a prayer-off. What led you to serve? I wanted to stay young and keep learning. If you’ve got questions about Kids’ Club or you’d like to spend time hanging out with some great kids, contact Kim Botto in Oakley at [email protected] or Beth Peery in Mason at [email protected].
