IDTE is not affiliated with your contract, you are agreeing electric distribution company (EDC). IDTE is responsible for the electric supply charges to purchase your electric on your bill. These charges will appear on your EDC’s bill separate and apart from your supply from this supplier EDC’s charges for delivering your electricity. This is a Variable Price Agreement. The Variable Price for electricity sold under this Agreement is established on an approximately monthly basis based upon electricity Price Structure market pricing, transportation or transmission, and other market and business price related factors. Generation/Supply Price Your electric supply rate for your first billing cycle with IDTE will be_______ ¢/kWh. Statement Regarding Savings
IDTE’s Variable Price may be higher or lower than the EDC’s price in any month. There is no ceiling price. There is no guarantee of savings.
Amount of time required to change from TPS back to default service or to another TPS
If you choose to cancel service with IDT Energy to return to your EDC or switch to another TPS, this change will be effective with the next available cycle date in accordance with your EDC’s cycle rules, which takes 1 to 2 billing cycles from the submission of the cancellation request.
From time to time IDT Energy may offer eligible new customers an Introductory Price or they may be enrolled in a Customer Referral program, Pricing for these offers will be in Introductory Rate effect for the introductory price term, at which point the account shall update to the IDT Variable Price and continue on a month to month basis. If a Customer participates in IDT Energy’s Rebate Program, the Customer must remain in the program for the entire agreed upon term in order to qualify for the rebate. If a Rebate Program Customer cancels at any time prior to the agreed upon term, the Customer shall forfeit all rights and claims to any and all rebate offers. All rebate amounts advertised and presented to customers based upon customer’s prior electric and/or natural gas usages. Actual rebate amounts will be based on customer’s actual usage over the term of this agreement, which may vary from any estimate provided. Smart Budget Promotion If you have chosen IDT Energy’s SmartBudget Guaranteed Rate Promotion, your price will be effective starting with your first date of service with IDT Energy and will remain fixed for all bills issued within 12 months of your starting date. Right to Cancel/Rescind
This Agreement shall continue until either party provides notice of its intent to cancel and until the EDC completes the termination in accordance with its rules. A customer may cancel this Agreement at any time during the 7 business days following receipt of this agreement by calling IDTE at 1-877-887-6866.

Your IDTE electric supply service will begin on the date set by your EDC.

This Agreement shall continue on a month to month basis until either party provides notice of its intent to cancel.
