Thumbelina Blanket Did you ever wonder what knitting would look like to Thumbelina? What if your yarn was as big as your thumb? Pagewood Farm offers Lanas Grande, a super bulky yarn that lets you see for yourself. This quick, easy, and cozy throw will not only keep you warm, it will become a conversation piece.

Materials: Pagewood Farm Lanas Grande, (100% wool, 36 yds.) 6 skeins (2 ea. of three colors, sample uses turquoise, purple, and grasshopper) US size 50 knitting needles (straight or circular needles available from Pagewood Farm) Pattern: CO 43 stitches. Row 1 (and every row): K1, P1 to end of row. Knit the first skein of yarn ending at a side edge. (It does not matter if you end on right or wrong side as they are the same) Join the second skein and continue in the K1, P1 pattern. Repeat until all skeins are knit.

Weave in ends and enjoy!! Blocking is not necessary but may give a more open look to the fabric.
