Christmas performance The highlight of our week was our Christmas performance. I am sure you will all agree the children were fantastic and put on a fabulous show. We would just like to say thank you to all the family and friends that supported the children by attending the show and joining in! Christmas Party Today we rounded off our week perfectly with our Christmas party! We played a range of party games to win some prizes, and all of the children (and staff) enjoyed themselves. Finally, we ended our party day by sitting down together to enjoy some party food. Thank you to the Friends and all of the helpers who helped out. Christingle Service & Gold Book Assembly As Thursday is the last day of term, we hold a Gold Book Assembly at that parents are invited to attend. This is a special assembly that celebrates all of the wonderful achievements of the term. One child from each class is chosen to go into the Gold Book and they are presented with a prize. The Friends team will be at the assembly and will be selling refreshments, raffle tickets etc. Prior to the Gold Book Assembly, the boys and girls in reception class will be taking part in our Christingle Service at 1.15pm. They will be supported by their buddies to make Christingles in preparation and will present these together on the day. Again, all parents are invited to this. Therefore parents wanting to attend both the Christingle service AND Gold Book Assembly should arrive at school for a 1.15pm start. Those who only wish to attend the Gold Book Assembly, should arrive for a 1.45 start.
