Payment: Advance payment is required before Gala tickets can be released. Payment must be received 30 days before the event in order to guarantee seating. Unpaid tables or tickets after this deadline are subject to release at SSPI’s discretion. Available tables/tickets will be sold on a first come/first served basis through the evening of the event.
Deadline: Gala-related orders received on or after February 9th 2015 must be paid by check or credit card to be processed.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests received within 30 days of the original request but not less than 90 days in advance of an event will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received 60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. We will not issue refunds for cancellation requests received less than 60 days prior to an event.
