Validation Exposed Areas for Improvement Albany County - Validate The Submission of TIER II between Facilities • Reports were not going to all required entities • Facility Information was not being utilized by the LEPC, or Responders • Limited Planning and HIRA Information Available for Responders WE NEED CHANGE! TIER II Information could be useful in Prevention of DEATH Public and Responders

Include Facilities in Local Planning and Capabilities Assessment 2. Identify TIER II in CAD System for Early Notification 3. TIER II Data – Predesigned Plume Modeling 4.
