Ross-on-Wye Cricket Club is introducing a new Bonus Ball Club with effect from January 2011 The Bonus Ball Club is a fun way to raise money for club funds and at the same time provides the opportunity for Cricket Club members and their friends and family to win a monthly CASH prize. Based on Lotto main draw first Saturday of each month, the Bonus ball of that week will be winning number for us. For each monthly game there must be a minimum 25 allocated numbers and there is a maximum of 49 allocated numbers. If there is an excess of players, numbers will be allocated into a second or even third or fourth game as required. Bonus Club members will be allocated a number(s) at an annual draw made at a public Ross Cricket Club event – the initial allocation will be made at the Annual Dinner at The Old Court, Symonds Yat on Saturday 16th October 2010. Subsequent to the draw all new Bonus Club members will be allocated the next numbers available. The cost of Bonus Ball Club membership will be £1 per month for each number. Multiple numbers per person are permitted provided they are paid for in full. Family and friends of members of Ross-onWye Cricket Club are welcome to participate There will be a monthly Cash Prize of £25 – if a number remains unallocated the prize goes towards Club funds. To join as a player, payment is by cash or cheque for one year in advance or by monthly standing order one month in advance for a minimum of 12 payments.

Terms and Conditions 1. The Bonus Ball Club shall be administered by the Treasurer of Ross Cricket Club in conjunction with a designated organiser appointed by the Committee. 2. Membership will be strictly limited to 49 members per game. 3. Prizes will be paid by cheque and sent to the winners as soon as possible after each draw. 4. A list of allocated numbers will be retained by the Treasurer and the designated organiser and published on the website. Players may opt not to have their names published on this list. 5. A list of winners can be obtained from the treasurer and will also appear on the club website : www.rossonwye.play-cricket.com Players may opt not to have their details published 6. There will be one winning entry per game per month. This will correspond to the number of the bonus ball drawn in the main LOTTO draw on the first Saturday of each month. 7. The monthly prize will be £25 per game 8. There must be a minimum of 25 members for a game to be valid. 9. In the event of an unallocated number being the Bonus Ball, the prize will be donated to the Ross-On-Wye Cricket Club 10. New members can join at any time throughout the year but will be allocated the first available number. 11. Any member whose subscription falls into arrears shall forfeit all right to take part in subsequent draws and shall cease to be a member of the Bonus Ball Club. 12. Members must advise the treasurer if they wish to leave the club. 13. The Bonus Ball Club will be run until the committee vote for it to be discontinued. 14. At the end of the Ross-On-Wye Cricket Club financial year, the proceeds will be donated
to the main account to be used for the general funds of the Ross-On-Wye Cricket Club.
