INSTALLING IP MOBILITY ON YOUR SMART PHONE: Download and install the IP Mobility application from Google Play or the iTunes™ App Store. For Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps For iPhone: http://www.apple.com/itunes/ Android Users: Before you begin, enable the “Unknown Sources” feature in Application Settings.

PREPARING TO LAUNCH IP MOBILITY FOR THE FIRST TIME: The users will need to obtain some information before using IP Mobility: • IP Address of the IPedge Voicemail telco.gtown.k12.oh.us:90 • Mailbox number (the same as your extension number) • Voicemail Password (default 7272 unless you have already set up voice mail)

FIRST TIME LAUNCH OF IP MOBILITY: 1. Launch the application. 2. Enter the IP address or URL of the Voicemail 3. Enter the Mailbox Number 4. Enter the password 5. Select Enter and accept the warning by saying yes. The application will open and connect to the server SET UP VOICE MAIL: The application will prompt you to set up the voice mailbox, if you have not already completed this step from your desk phone. 1. 2. 3.

Change your password. Record your name Record your full mailbox greeting. Sample: You have reached the voice mail of ____________. At the tone please leave your name, phone number and a brief message, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Press 0 now to reach our operator. Thank you for calling.

ENTER YOUR PHONE INFORMATION: 1. Click on the My Info Button at the bottom of the screen. 2. Click on Settings. 3. Enter your cell phone as the Phone Number. 4. Select Callback. USING IP Mobility Navigating IP Mobilty is simple. There is a main toolbar at the bottom of the screen, Messages, Call and My Info.

The MESSAGES tab will show your inbox, fax (when applicable), saved and deleted messages. Inbox The Inbox displays notification of a new message. Tap Inbox to view messages. Tap the message to listen to it, or press and hold to delete, save, forward or reply. Fax Received faxes can be viewed or deleted (when applicable). Saved Items Tap Saved Items for saved messages. Each message can be deleted, forwarded or replied to. Deleted Items Deleted messages can be moved back to Inbox, forwarded, replied to, or permanently deleted. Record New Voicemail Record a message and send directly to a mailbox (enter mailbox number or select from address book). Priority, Confidential, Return Receipt, no receipt notification and future deliver are available options with message. Priority - Plays first Confidential - Cannot be forwarded Return Receipt - Voicemail sends notification of message received Future Delivery - Record message and send on specified date

The CALL tab brings up a dial pad. To make a call enter the telephone number or press the Contacts icon to select from cell phone contacts, and then tap the Green Call icon. The voice mail system will call your cell phone and ask you to confirm before placing the call. The Active Call Icon offers these options when tapped while on a call: Disconnect - Ends current call Transfer - Transfer call to another Transfer to Desk - Transfer call to desk phone Record - Record call to your voicemail Send to Voicemail - Send call to your voicemail

The My Info is used to access voicemail messages, greeting management, password, and settings. Greeting Management - Review and record greetings. Activate Extended Absence msg. Change Name - Change recorded name associated with your mailbox. Change Password - Change mailbox password. Call Settings - The settings associated with IP Mobility entered in initial setup Do Not Disturb – Future feature Desk - Calls are sent to desk phone. If not answered, forward to voicemail. Advanced - Calls are sent to mobile device. If not answered, forward to voicemail.
