3 POINT ROLLER GUIDES
UNIQUE COMPENSATING TABLE
Adopts three-point roller guides. Through the force to the front roller by the special spring, the cutting beam keeps in touch tightly with the two back rollers.
The special worktable structure, designed from optimization technology makes the deformation (Sx), which is formed during shearing, to be able to compensate the curving of the upper beam under the shearing force. This assures the blade gap to remain constant along the full length of the worktable thus enhancing the shearing precision and quality.

PNEUMATIC SHEET SUPPORTS
Two types of supports are available. Delem DAC 310 & 360 programmable CNC controls. DAC 310 comes with servo driven ball screw back gauge. DAC 360 comes with servo driven ball screw back gauge with auto motorised blade gap adjustment & rake adjustment.
1. Positioning & falling 2. Positioning, dropping & falling. These supports are ideal for cutting long lengths of thin material that fold before reaching the back gauge and to avoid marking materials that mark easily.
