From The Real Deal: Super Bowl-winning quarterback Tom Brady and supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen aren’t paying deflated prices for a new Tribeca pad. The power couple is in contract to buy a $20 million-plus pad at 70 Vestry Street, sources told the New York Post. Tom and Gisele have reportedly laid claim to a five-bedroom, 5,000-square-foot condominium unit with a large terrace at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building.
