The interactive workshop will provide you with techniques to help you find a mentor and make the most out of every mentoring interaction. You will learn: How not to miss mentoring opportunities How to identify and approach your ideal mentor How to get ready for your initial mentoring conversation How to integrate the lessons learned into your career These learnings will help you accelerate and improve your career performance; help you tell your story in 60 seconds or less; assist you in building relationships; support you in dissecting roadblocks along the way; and illustrate habits to practice to enroll successful people to support you. The premise is that throughout your life and career, there are times when you can benefit from the advice, guidance, and support of a mentor. There are also times when you can share your expertise and experience to guide mentees in the right direction.
