TOWER HILL SCHOOL Application is hereby submitted by: USTA LOCAL ADULT LEAGUE (Lessee) to lease from Tower Hill School (Lessor) on its premises at 2813 West 17th Street, Wilmington , Delaware, the area(s), equipment, facilities, and services more particularly described below for the following purpose: League Play Area(s): 5 Tennis Courts Date(s): Mondays, Apri116, 2018 - July 16, 2018 from 6:00pm- 8:00pm (excludes 5/28, 4/30) Wednesdays, April 18, 2018- July 18,2018 from 6:00pm- 8:00pm (excludes 5/2, 7/4) Saturdays, April21, 2018- July 21,2018 from 9:00am -11:00am (excludes 4/28, 5/26, 717, 7/14) All Inclusive Rental Fee: $50/day Total for 33 days: $1,650 Lessee agrees to submit the full amount (1 00%) of the total rental fee on or before the first day of the rental period. Concurrent with the acceptance by Lessor, this application becomes an official contract governing both parties. Lessee agrees to pay the rental herein provided. Lessee must submit a Certificate of Insurance to Tower Hill School prior to the start of the rental agreement naming Tower Hill School as an additional insured. Tower Hill School does not offer any emergency service as part of this agreement. This contract releases Tower Hill School from any liability. NO SUBLETTING OF FACILITY IS PERMITTED. TOWER HILL SCHOOL IS A SMOKE-FREE CAMPUS. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON CAMPUS.
