Required consistency with the Town’s General Plan: 

That the General Plan amendment is internally consistent with the existing goals and policies of the General Plan and its corresponding elements.



That the proposed Zone Change is consistent with the General Plan and its Elements in that the proposed zoning is consistent with the proposed General Plan designation.
