Conservation Easement Monitoring – Block , Lot
Dear Mr. & Mrs. : As you are aware, members of the Environmental Commission of the Township of Chester made an inspection of the Conservation Easement on your property. A report was submitted to my office regarding certain violations of the easement. The Conservation Easement monuments were removed from the northeast and northwest corners of the property and 50’ into the easement has been cleared of all vegetation and a patio installed. The monuments must be re-installed and the paver patio removed immediately. The installation of a patio requires that a zoning application be submitted for approval from the Zoning Official; however since this is a conservation easement within which no vegetation can be removed, the patio must be removed and permanent vegetation installed. A plan for the revegetation of the easement must be prepared by a licensed landscaper and submitted to this office for review. Failure to comply with this notice of violation by ----------, 2009 will result in the issuance of summonses to appear in Municipal Court Please notify this office of your intentions regarding this matter.
