Training & Development Having a Training and Development programme is one of the key commitments TPP makes to all its employees and is at the heart of each individual’s personal development and growth plan. • • • •

About the Trainee Scheme TPP are about to launch our next trainees scheme. This guided programme of training and development is designed to to give trainees a solid foundation in recruitment and equip them with the skills and confidence they need to become fully-fledged consultants, typically within 3-4 months. Some of our longest-lasting and highest billing consultants started off as TPP trainees. In fact, 28% of our revenue now comes from former trainees.

The Role The purpose of this role is to provide effective sales and resourcing support for a busy team of consultants, enabling them to achieve and surpass targets. This is a varied and challenging role that will involve candidate acquisition, lead generation, excellent organisational and administration support and some internal project work, leading to client development and the full 360º consultant role.

The Ideal Candidate Ideally we are looking for trainees who possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to take initiative and feel comfortable working in a results driven and targeted environment. A proven track record in a previous sales role and an understanding of the day to day duties of a recruitment consultant will be advantageous. An awareness of and empathy with the not for profit sector will give you valuable knowledge about the sector that would be very welcome.
