The above-named application has been submitted to the Bonner County Planning Department for processing. The applicant is requesting variance approval to allow for the replacement of an existing non-conforming deck within the required 4O-foot waterfront setback. The subject property lot is described as lot 11 of Luttons Lake Lots. The subject property is located about 0.5 miles west of Highway 200 on Red Fir Road, in Section 2, Township 56 North, Range 1East, B.M. The site is zoned recreational and is 2.367 acres.
