Documents1 are sent into Tradeshift via which ever channel the sender prefers The document is sent / stored in the sender’s account A copy of the document is made, and sent / stored in the receiver’s account Both parties have their own document archive, stored for a minimum of 10 years The receiver can retrieve their documents automatically
