Training Ice 7.45am - 9.15am

This is a slower paced session for everyone to practice in a calm safe environment

Lesson Ice (No NISA Tests) 9.15am - 10.15am

8.30am Resurface

8.45am - 10.45am Over 18's 9.45am - 10.45am

10.15am Resurface

Skaters may skate on one Training Ice session ONLY on Saturdays.

Over 18's 9.45am - 10.45am 10.45am Resurface

Session 11am - 1pm Barrier Out Afternoon/Evening Training Ice Training Ice 16.45- 17.45

Wednesday Teatime Session (no barrier out) 16.45 - 18.15

Lesson Ice 16.45 - 19.00 (18.00 -19.00 behind cones)

Training Ice 16.45- 18.30

Training Ice 18.00 - 19.00

Key Competitive Training Ice (A) Minimum standard - NISA Level 3 Field Moves (plus either NISA Level 3 Free or NISA Level 5 Dance) Competitive Training Ice (B) Minimum standard - NISA Level 2 Field Moves (plus either NISA Level 2 Free or NISA Level 3 Dance) Competitive Training Ice (C) Minimum standard - NISA Level 1 Field Moves (plus either NISA Level 1 Free or NISA Level 2 Dance) Training Ice - minimum standard Skate UK Level 8 Adult Training Ice - minimum standard Skate UK Level 8 Over 18 years old Children's Training Ice - minimum standard Skate UK Level 8 (maximum standard NISA Level 7) - Under 21 years old Saturday Training Ice - minimum standard Skate UK Level 8 (maximum standard NISA Level 4) * All sessions detailed on this notice are for members of Training Ice or Skate Direct customers * Skaters should only go on sessions suitable to their standard. If unsure which sessions to skate on the Ice Co-ordinator can advise you. * Skaters may skate on one Training Ice session only on Saturdays * In the event of unacceptbale behaviour and/or a situation that is deemed unsafe, the Ice Co-ordinator or Ice Rink Duty Officer, will ask the skate to leave * All Active Cards should be swiped at Reception each time a session is attended
