NEWSLETTER NOV/DEC 2014

TREE OF LIFE MINISTRIES November & December are always full of celebration on the Plan Escalon campus. The school year is known to conclude with various festivities signifying the end of what many hope was a successful year. Understandably, each year comes with various tests and trials, which makes these celebrations even more appropriate.

Classes finish the first week of November. The hustle and bustle intensifies with all of the cleaning, repairs & work details, along with preparations for the farewell service and graduation ceremony-the third week of the month. In the middle of all of this there is party after party as the mentors/leaders meet with their disciple groups, which consist of the entire student body divided between them. These groups meet a couple of times each week, and now end the year with a special time of fellowship and food, sending each other off with an encouraging word, and prayer. By the time of graduation a majority of the students have returned ‘home’, those remaining are fulfilling their work duties towards their scholarship. As the final students leave the first part of December the leaders prepare for a seminar on finances, Bible School graduation, three weddings of staff and alumni, and a final time of fellowship together & blessing the ministry pastors from the mountain villages. Also, not to be overlooked is the start of a major building project for the new girl’s dorms for 2015. TOLM covets your prayers and continued support and thanks you for having stood with us this past year through each prayer request and need fulfilled.
