The property is situated off the B4409 Bangor to Tregarth Road approximately half a mile from the A4244 and two miles from Junction 11 of the A55 North Wales Expressway. Access to the mountain land is by means of the smaller communities of Sling and Mynydd Llandegai which are shown on the attached plan.
