10. Explanation of “NO” answers (For Section 1B through 9) Automatic water motor gong (part 168-104) did not operate and should be assessed for obstructions. Recommend replacing 1.25" check valve that separates the fill cup drains from the main drain. Current check valve isn't holding pressure, causing a flood when we conducted the drain test. Recommend replacing broken main drain angle valve on Zone 4 wet system in order to prevent injury to emergency or service personnel.
11. The inspector suggests that following necessary improvements. However, these suggestions are not the result of an engineering survey.
