Coaching Philosophies Focus on fundamentals Challenge players to play with a purpose Practice hard/play hard Teamwork and sportsmanship Learn the game while having fun! League/Divisions: Teams play in the Southwest Ohio League at all different levels Rosters/Player Expectations: Head coaches will make the final decision on roster sizes Players should commit themselves to focus/hard work during practice and games!
