Each player must fill out a registration/consent form and deliver it to the registrar before he/she can tryout, practice, play, or be drafted to a team. The full registration fee must be paid to the registrar before a team uniform will be issued. All players not assigned to a team or moving up to the next level must attend the 2017 player evaluation session. Release and Indemnity The undersigned, for themselves and their heirs, and assigns, do hereby consent to the participation as player or otherwise, by their son or daughter (identified above) in the activities of the TRITON BABE RUTH LEAGUE and do hereby jointly and severally release the managers and assistant managers (hereinafter referred to as Staff), and anyone acting with or for said Staff, including League officials and League sponsors, from any and all claims of any nature (including, without limitation, claims for medical expenses by reason of injury to their child) which may arise out of or in connection with the operation, sponsorship, or conduct by the said Staff of the TRITON BABE RUTH LEAGUE, and do hereby, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify the said Staff and anyone acting with or for said Staff, against and save them harmless from any and all claims for personal injuries or damage to property which their child, or parent, guardian, next friend or other representative of their child, may at any time assert against the said Staff, or others acting with or for them in connection with the operation, sponsorship, or conduct of the TRITON BABE RUTH LEAGUE. It is the responsibility of all parents, coaches, and anyone involved in a league event to maintain the highest standards of conduct. Abusive and obscene language, violent play, violent conduct, fighting, and other behavior detrimental to the game will not be tolerated. Anyone violating these rules will be subject to automatic suspension for the first offense. The second offense will result in expulsion from the league. Accordingly, it will be the responsibility of all coaches to give the umpires the necessary support as well as provide spectator control at all times during and after the game. This will include on the field and off the field.
