Add apples, mandarin oranges, and mango to a large pitcher. Add orange juice and wine. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Add more orange juice or wine if needed. Chill overnight, so that the flavors blend nicely. Add ice and serve immediately.
