Troy SC Announcement – Troy SC Excel Program I am pleased to announce the creation of Troy SC’s latest offering: Troy SC EXCEL. This high level training program is intended for our 1st team players in the U11 to the U14 age groups. These teams will be invited to participate in training sessions under the instruction of two highly regarded coaches in the Troy soccer community: Todd Heugh and Brian Zawislak.
The dates and locations for this spring are: 4/12 @ Troy High (tentative) 4/19 @ Athens 4/26 @ Troy High 5/10 @ Athens 5/17 @ Athens The schedule will be: 5:30–7 pm U11/U12 7pm – 8:30pm U13/U14 Troy SC Notes:
Brian Zawislak has been the Varsity Soccer Head Coach at Troy High for both the boys since 2011 and girls since 2009. The Girls teams were State Runners up in 2011 & 2012. Before Troy High, Brian coached varsity girls at Livonia as well as at the club level.
Todd Heugh has been the Varsity Soccer Head Coach at Troy Athens for both the boys and girls teams since 2011. Before that he was the Head Coach for Rochester High School where his team was the State Champions (2002 Boys) and State Runners Up (2007 Girls). Todd has also had success at the club level coach various teams in the area.
