Concept Features:
TTi-300H, our new gear measuring machine, is developed based on an existing model TTi-300E. Our own new measuring method “NDG” (PAT.P) is adopted and TTi-300H achieved superior high-precision measurement. By introducing Direct Drive Motor to rotary shaft, it also achieved high-speed measurement with maintaining its high accuracy.TTi-300H is equipped with dustproof cover. This has environmentallyconscious and space-saving design.Up to 12 module, gear OD
⏀ 350mm can be measured with this machine.
NC System ▓ Our original NC unit(BB-4) has been mounted so we can realize its future flexible expansion.
PC System ▓ Windows-compliant program allows advanced operational performance and facilitates data analysis. ▓ Easy to communicate with other media (LAN-compatible , TRS)
World Top Class in high speed measurement ▓ Our own new measuring method “NDG” achieved world’s top class high speed measurement.
Small Module Gear Measurement ▓ Continuous Tooth profile/ Lead/ Pitch measurement of 0.2 module gear (External/ Internal tooth) is possible without switching right and left flanks.
Easy clamping mechanism
Communication Environment
▓ Clamping mechanism can be moved up and down smoothly by manual. ▓ Setting up of work can be performed easily just by moving center parts up and down. ※Electric up and down movement is available as an option
▓ Conventionally, RS-232C is used for alternate communication between PC and measuring machine, but by using USB, we could establish an environment of high-speed communications. You can check machine’s operating conditions in real time even during measurement of gears.
Measurement Environment ▓ Dustproof cover inhibits mist or dust penetration into a machine maximally
Symmetric construction ▓ Every shaft is symmetric to the center of the bed, so that the stable measurement can be ensured.

Fully-automatic measurement of Cluster Gear (up to 5 gears) is possible.
▓ Measuring tooth can be set freely. ▓ Intermittent gear can be easily set. So the set up of measuring tooth like sector gear can be easier.
Self-diagnostic program 【Self-diagnostic】
Standard software has self-diagnostic program. Self-diagnostic will be done full automatically on all items. The result list will be output and saved. ▓ Detector error check ▓ Static accuracy check of each axis ▓ Optical scale count check ▓ Back-rash of axis check ▓ Each limit switch check
Comparative Output ▓ As the measuring data have been saved on PC ,you can compare with previous data. ▓ As the classification of the process ,you can compare the change level between before and after the heat treatment.
