Tufts University Office of Undergraduate Admissions The Voices of Tufts Diversity Experience - Counselor Instructions
Dear Counselor, Your student has submitted an application for the Voices of Tufts Diversity Experience – an overnight visit for high school seniors to learn more about the academic and social offerings at Tufts University. The program will take place October 23 - 24, 2014 and the invited students will be housed with a current undergraduate on campus. All meals will be provided, and travel assistance is available for those students for whom the trip would be a financial hardship. In order to complete this student’s application, we ask for the following from you:
A current transcript (please include the 12th grade curriculum) A letter of recommendation indicating why this student would be a good candidate to attend Voices and Tufts University.
You can send this information via fax to 617-627-3860 to the attention of Gail Toomajian. The deadline for completed applications is at 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on Tuesday, October 14, 2014. Due to the high volume we receive by that deadline, we are unable to consider late applications. Please note that a student’s application is not complete until we have received the transcript and your letter of recommendation. Priority for travel assistance will be given to completed applications received by October 6th, 5:00 p.m. EST.
