Tunisian Crochet is an easy to learn technique. You will learn the basic of Tunisian Crochet, primarily single crochet, then learn how to work a couple of different stitches. You will learn the “how to” considerations for designing a scarf or blanket. A scarf pattern is included as well as a line by line handout of written directions.
Supply List: Yarn I recommend medium weight yarn however bring the yarn you like to work with Hooks A K Tunisian Crochet hook, it looks like a long knitting needle with a hook on one end A couple of regular hooks in sizes suitable for the yarn you bring Accessories Scissors, measuring tape, paper and pencil and a couple of stitch holders Additional suggestions Bring a file folder with pockets; you can put your handout, notes and samples in the pockets Most of all bring your enthusiasm to learn a new technique. Please refrain from wearing perfume as some students are allergic.
