Turtle Creek Gardens CSA Turtle Creek Gardens is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm managed by Janet Gamble and Steve
Tomlins. They have over 40 years of combined farming experience, both growing produce and educating others in organic and biodynamic vegetable and fruit production. TCG is dedicated to educating others, devoted to biodynamics and regenerative farming practices. Turtle Creek Gardens consists of 20 acres devoted to certified organic vegetable production and 80 acres of grazing lands. Nestled in the Turtle Creek watershed just north of Delavan, we are proud to offer wholesome, seasonal vegetables using organic and biodynamic farming practices that care for the soil, ground water, and adjacent natural areas. We use no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides on our farms. Our products are available through CSA and direct farm sales through FarmMatch.com, with weekly pick-ups at our farm and other locations across southeastern Wis. and northeastern Illinois. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. You pay up front and in exchange, you receive a bountiful harvest of seasonal produce each week or every other week. Your subscription supports local food and your local farmer. With every CSA subscription you also receive a weekly newsletter filled with stories, recipes and information about your vegetables. Full summer subscriptions at Turtle Creek Gardens are 18 weeks from June-October, with half subscriptions available every-other-week. Fall subscriptions are 3 pick-ups in October and November, 2 weeks apart.

2018 SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT & REGISTRATION FORM Turtle Creek Gardens CSA As a subscriber of Turtle Creek Gardens, I agree to purchase the share of vegetables selected below. Turtle Creek Gardens will strive to provide its subscribers with a variety of vegetables based on the available selection. However, as a subscriber, I understand that there are inherent risks in farming that may affect the availability of products. These inherent risks include, but are not limited to, poor weather, drought, disease, early frosts, pests, crop failure, etc. As a subscriber, I understand that I share in these inherent risks and that I am not entitled to any refunds. I also understand that my share may vary in weight and size depending on the season. I agree to make timely payments in accordance with the payment schedule selected below. I also agree to pick-up my share at the agreed upon site and at the scheduled date and time. I understand that my share for a particular week will be forfeited if I do not pick-up my share at the scheduled date and time, unless I made alternative arrangements by calling 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up date and time. When picking-up my share, I agree to remain in the distribution area only, unless accompanied by a farm employee elsewhere. Likewise, I agree to restrict my guests to the distribution area only.
