End of Fall Season–Thanksgiving – Rest Period – No training sessions Late November through December o Training – 1x per week o Cap City Community Service – Adopt a family for Christmas Holiday. Each team will be assigned a family. o Scheduled down time for Cap City. Encouraged time with other sports. o Cap City Winter Camps – Optional – Additional Expense January – Mid February o Futsal Training – 1x per week o Intra club Futsal League – 1x per week Mid-February – March o Training – 2x per week in preparation for outdoor season. o SoccerZone League – Optional – Additional Expense o Indoor College Showcase Tournament

Late March or Early April – Spring Preseason Tournament April through Early June – MSPSP U15 Premier League April – May – MSYSA State Cup April through June – Team Training 2x per week for 90 minutes April through June – Technical Training Night + Velocity Sports Performance + GK Training – 1x per week for 90 minutes Cap City Community Service – Lansing River Trail Clean Up
Team Fee: $1450. All families will have the option to pay in full or select a payment plan. Our payment plan is structured into 10 installments from June to April. Our fee is all inclusive to cover the above plan including all club/coaching fees, league/game /referee fees, tournament entry/coach travel, and training/program costs. The fee does not cover individual travel expenses and uniform costs. All players will need to purchase new uniforms for the 2017-2018 season. Our uniform cycle is on a two-year cycle and this is the start of a new cycle.
