A Typical Training Session ◦ All sessions start with 2v2 street soccer-20x12 yd grids). ◦ U11-U12 teams will utilize 3 main practice sessions to train their teams ◦ Ideally each session will be run 2x consecutively (i.e., Transition attacking 2x, then run Passing/Receiving 2x, then Competition Day 2x). ◦ Defensive topics can be focused on any of these training outlines.
