SHARING THE ROAD As Uber changes the way city residents get from point A to B, business travelers are following suit. Travel and expense software company Certify has released a Q1 2015 report on how the sharing economy is affecting business travel. Through user data from their cloud-based expense management system, Certify has analyzed how the share of total paid car rides for business people is shifting toward Uber. For this analysis, the taxi category includes all taxi, limousine and airport shuttle rides. Uber includes all uberX, uberXL, uberPLUS, Uber Taxi, UberBLACK, UberSUV and UberLUX rides.
