Running Case Mix Detail Report in Point Click Care • Under the Clinical Tab, Click Reports in the Gold Bar • Click Case Mix-Detail • Current Client As of: (enter last date of quarter if the quarter is complete, or the CURRENT date if you’re in the middle of the quarter) • Most Recent Assessment In: (enter date for beginning of quarter and date for end of quarter. If you’re in the middle of the quarter enter the current date) • Do NOT change Payer-It is already set up to default to Medicaid ONLY residents
If viewing previous quarter, Select last date of the quarter. If tracking the quarter you're in, enter the current date i.e. 6/13/14
You only want MDS's completed during the specified quarter so enter the quarter begin date and end date (or the current date if tracking the quarter you're in i.e. 4/1/14 to 6/13/14).
This box is set to default to run Medicaid Only Case Mix, so do not change.
