2016 Service Numbers In Home Services: 252 seniors received over 12,600 hours of service Homemaking Services: 174 seniors for average 2-4 hours per week Personal care: 59 seniors for 2-10 hours per week Respite care (in home): 11 seniors for 3-10 hours per week Respite care (in care facility): 1 Skilled Nursing: 9 seniors for 4 hours per week Emergency Response Button Devices: 233 Medication Dispensers: 16 Transportation: 192 seniors were transported for a total of 4,974 trips to medical appointments, shopping and banking Meals subsidized by Senior Tax Levy: 44,778 home delivered meals to 354 individuals 35,948 meals at congregate meal sites to 1012 individuals 3,567 weekend home delivered meals to 48 individuals Adult Protective Services (APS) referrals investigated: 54
