2015 has been a pivotal year for Barbara Hepworth, the Wakefield-born, grande dame of modern British art, with Hepworth retrospective at Tate Britain, exhibitions across the UK, including The Hepworth Wakefield, where you can purchase this exclusive print by Barbara Hepworth, the perfect gift for any art lover. The work features fluid sweeps of lilac contrasting with the bold straight lines which recreate the stringed forms that encapsulated so much of Hepworth's sculptural work.Barbara Hepworth’s drawings are often eclipsed by her sculpture work but they show a highly skilled draughtsmanship.
