The large, beautiful and bright lobby is tastefully decorated with new curtains, sconce lighting, wallpaper and baseboard mouldings. All new lighting is energy efficient and the recirculating pipes for the building have been replaced and hot and cold shutoffs added. The building is equipped with an intercom system, mastered locks, Armor cable elevator, smoke and heat detectors, a Hydrotherm boiler that was replaced in the last five years, and a domestic hot water system with a Teledyne boiler and a super hot storage tank.
