UTPA Athletics is embarking on an unprecedented phase of rapid growth and advancement. One of the most critical needs for the UTPA Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is support for the renovation and construction of first-class athletic facilities. For recruiting purposes it is essential that our facilities exceed the expectations of prospective student-athletes and compare favorably to other institutions in the WAC and the nation. Maintaining facilities and strategically planning for the future is an ongoing process. Current major gift opportunities are available in facility campaigns, program enhancements, recruiting funds, scholarship endowments, and academic support service programs. Supporting these initiatives will provide the resources necessary to ensure that all of UTPA’s programs will remain competitive in the WAC and on a national level. Whether you have personally benefited from Bronc athletics and want to commemorate your time at the University, or are simply a friend of the University who wants to contribute, the commitment you make will enhance the overall University experience for student-athletes and the UTPA community for many years to come. The locker room campaign will provide the necessary funding to enhance sport specific team lounge and locker room facilities with Bronc pride. Upgraded technologies and amenities will excite student-athletes and new recruits as each sport program continues to build on our traditions.

Women’s Basketball Locker Room
All revenue from these locker sponsorships will go into the fund supporting the athletic program of your choice. The plate on the locker for former student-athletes may list individuals' names, jersey numbers, and the years they participated in the sport. The plate on the locker for Broncs supporters may list the donor’s, children’s or loved one’s names and years attending UTPA (if applicable) or slogan.
