SHORT RIBS PROVENCAL – bone-in short ribs, braised with fresh herbs and root vegetables
STUFFED CHICKEN MARSALA – pan seared chicken breasts stuffed with caramelized onions, button mushrooms, applewood bacon and smothered in a savory Marsala wine sauce
BLACK and WHITE FINGERLING POTATOES SEASONAL BISTRO VEGETABES SUMMER BERRY SALAD – tender baby greens tossed with Laura Chanel Chevre and fresh berries with a citrus vinaigrette
