Upcoming Classes 664-2558 Pouf or Stool for Toddler or Child: Make a hit with the grandkids by making a child sized seat! I have a few sizes from which to choose – all piped and zipped and stuffed! October 15 from 1 to 4 $15 includes pattern. Crazy Fall Trees: Learn to crazy patch/paper piece in making this modern wall piece. We will paper piece the crazy patch in the first class, then applique and quilt in the second. Confident beginners welcome. October 19 and 26 from 6 to 8:30. $25 includes pattern only.
Charmed Halloween Runner: Use 5 charms and a sashing to make this narrow, long runner. Precut kits will be provided to students. Excellent class for new sewist or quilter. You will learn the most basic construction. October 16 from 1 to 4; $25 includes precut kit
Panel Quilt: Make a large baby quilt or throw beginning with a central panel and then cutting squares and borders. This class requires some sewing experience. You will also need rotary cutting tools. October 18, 25, Nov. 1, 8 from 6 to 8:30 $40 includes pattern only Vinyl Project Tote: Use clear vinyl. a fat quarter, and zipper to make this see-through tote to store projects or supplies. We will draw and paint in the first session maybe a little stitching - then return for quilting and construction. $25 includes pattern and shared paints. Nov. 6 and 13 from 1 to 4 $25 Sewing Clothing for Beginners and Beyond: Let us help you select a pattern for your project and then guide you through the steps. Students may select any type of garment desired, however, this is not a pattern making class. The instructor will help with fitting adjustments on your pattern, but not create one for you. This class is designed for those who would like to become more familiar with sewing terminology and construction. This is a completion class for folks who have made the Big Block Beginner, the Panel Quilt, or the Improv Patch from this summer. Sat.
