Happy New Year! Kelly Macdonald NEW PICK UP PROCEDURE
Information Night Thursday January 11th 6:30 PM Building B Gym Watch DOGS is a father involvement program of the National Center for Fathering. The two main goals are: 1. to provide positive male role models, and 2. provide added security. Please attend with your child to learn more about the program and enjoy some pizza and drinks. We would love your support!
We started the new pick up procedure last week, and it is working remarkable well. We are still working on a few glitches, but overall we are pleased with the change and feel our students are in a more protected location for pick up time. The pick up process has moved faster and faster each day. We have improved the pick up time by four minutes, and the new procedure has only been up and running for three days. However, one thing that would help things move a little faster is to put your child’s grade level by their name on the placard. Maybe we can decrease pick up time even more with this added additional information.
Your support through this change has been wonderful! Thank you!
ROCKS BEHAVIOR FAIR After a long break, it’s time to reboot ROCKS. This week, the students will be spending some time on re-learning the ROCKS expectations in the hall, playground, cafeteria, bathrooms and the classroom. This will help students be reminded of behavior expectations and help our school run smoothly. ridgefieldsd.org • (360) 750-7600 •
